Rancho La Laguna

Single-story living, spacious lots, and room for the Lake Elsinore lifestyle.

About

A name rooted in Lake Elsinore's history

Rancho La Laguna takes its name from the historic Rancho La Laguna — the early Californio land grant surrounding what was then known as Laguna Grande, the lake we now call Lake Elsinore. The name honors the region's long ranching heritage and the wide, open character of the valley itself.

Today, the community carries that legacy forward as a quiet, single-story neighborhood designed around space, comfort, and a connection to the Southern California outdoors.

Lifestyle

One of Lake Elsinore's most distinctive single-story, large-lot communities

Ninety-seven single-story homes on roughly half-acre lots, with wide setbacks and rear-yard access — the kind of layout that's become genuinely rare in this part of the Inland Empire.

  • 97 single-story homes

An established, walkable community of one-level homes with consistent character throughout.

  • Roughly half-acre lots

Generous parcels with wide setbacks — space to breathe, garden, and live outdoors.

  • Rear-yard access

Practical room for RVs, boats, trailers, and project vehicles tucked behind the home.

  • Room to make it yours

Pools, gardens, workshops, shade structures, and outdoor living — the lots support real life.

  • Southern California outdoors

Long sunny seasons, mountain views, and easy access to lake, trail, and wine-country recreation.

  • Lake Elsinore at your doorstep

Boating, fishing, motorsports, and the wider Temescal Valley just minutes away.
